Scoopla life report a paramedic lost her job after posting a number of shocking selfies with dying patients, along with highly insensitive and offensive captions.
25-year-old Tatiana Kulikova was fired by emergency service officials in Russia after admitting to taking the photos.
She had shared the gruesome images on social media, using horrible captions like “another moron” (which she wrote with the picture below) and “how I hate my job.”
Locals who recognised family members amongst the sickening pictures were left upset and outraged by Kulikova’s actions.
Local health campaigner Artem Golubev, 40, said: “It is clear that while she was taking these photographs she was not looking after her patients.”
“She shows a callous disregard for the welfare of her patients, some of whom died after those pictures were taken.”
“I would not be surprised if their families sue both her and the emergency services.”
Kulikova is yet to speak out about the cruel incident.
