Badminton

Congratulations to the Hollywood U17 Badminton team who won in the Kildare Leagues in Kilcullen recently. The team consisting of Niall Murray, Mark Byrne, Lauren Richardson, Brian Ebe, Anna Blanco & Conal Byrne played consistently well all season to win this League.

Also a combined team of Hollywood /Rathmore participated in the Dublin Leagues , where they competed in the Final of the Shield last weekend. The team of Dylan Richardson, Jamie Kinehan, Sean Behan, Niall Murray, Mark Byrne, Ellen Fay, Katie Mernagh,  & Ciara Wall came out on top in a nail biting final, winning 4-3 on the day. Well do to these players also.

 

Hollywood Fair Booklet

The Hollywood Fair takes place this year from 12^th to 16^th August.  As in previous years a Hollywood Fair book will be published to coincide with the event.   Anyone who would like to contribute an article or photographs for inclusion in this year’s book should get in touch with Johnny Glennon at 087/2373023 or email him at seanmagleannain@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Bingo takes place in the Hollywood Centre every Thursday night at 8.30pm.

We have two jackpots – €3,000 and €2900 to play for each week.

 

Hollywood Tidy Towns

Hollywood Tidy towns have a spring clean up every Saturday.
