Carnew 3-6 Bray Emmets 1-6

Carnew came away with another great win on Monday May 4th in Arklow against a strong Bray Emmets team. Thomas Collins and Brandon Rossiter were consistent at mid field and were the building blocks to Carnew’s success. Carnew’s Henry Sheflin, in the body of young Daniel Redmond, was outstanding. He read the game like a story book and was always in the thick of it. Shay Guilfoyle let everyone know he meant business on the night as he drove all before him towards goals. Will Molloy made some important saves and had some great puck outs that kept the pressure off the backs. Shane Byrne, Dan Murphy and Maurice Sheil were solid in the back line, while Brandon Rossiter and Shay Guilfoyle were very impressive up front.
