Tea Dance
We had a great Afternoon Tea Dance on Sunday. There was a great turn-out with over 70 people waltzing, jiving, twisting and line dancing. Everyone enjoyed a nice cup of tea, fresh hand-cut sandwiches and delicious home-made bakes.
CWNOP
Co Wicklow Network held their AGM in the Brockagh Centre on Friday last and welcomed Mary O’Rourke, ex Minister & Senator as one of their guest speakers, as well as Joe Behan, Independent Councillor. It was a wonderful day with over 170 people in attendance. While there were many serious issues discussed, straight talking Mary added lots of humorous moments. Well done to the CWNOP who do a lot of work for older people in the County. The afternoon was spent dancing to the Wicklow Man.
