With the election now just weeks away, we’re getting the new year off with a bang. I’d like to invite you to a national event for Social Democrat volunteers this coming Sunday, January 10th. The Yes Equality team did something similar before the referendum last year, and several who attended have suggested we do the same. In Wicklow and East Carlow, a lot of people who’ve said they’d like to get involved in the election have also said they’d like a bit of training and background – so that’s what we’re doing this Sunday.
The event will be at the Red Cow in Dublin, with registration from 10.30 for an 11am start, with a 3.30pm finish. It’s open to all Party supporters who are, or are considering being involved with supporting the election campaign of one of our candidates.
