Many thanks to Carrolls who ran a National competition for clubs last year, where we were lucky enough to be one of 25 clubs to win a set of jerseys. Our U12 Hurlers and Footballers will be sporting them this season.

After Week 2 of our Last Man Standing Competition we have 42 people remaining. 82 people crashed out this weekend after Armagh, Cavan, Cork, Galway, Kerry and Meath all lost. For those of you remaining in the competition the next round of fixtures does not take place until the weekend of February 27 & 28.

Club lotto

There was no winner of this week’s Club Lotto Jackpot of €7,100. Numbers drawn were 11, 12, 17 and 18. The bonus number was 20. Three people managed to draw 3 numbers sharing the prize of €250; Mick Murphy, Frank Earls and Ned Kelly.

The club is urgently looking for more Lotto sellers to head out on a Saturday night in Wicklow Town. We have vacancies available due to recent retirements. If you feel you can give up your time to help we would be delighted to hear from you, with groups of 4 going out once every six weeks.

Any player/member/supporter who would like to be in our club lotto every week and not miss out can do so by signing up to a standing order. The cost is only €8 per month and when paying by this method you are entered in 2 draws free of charge. Our current jackpot stands at €7,200. If you’re interested either text 087 6214903 or email and we will contact you.
