Community Games
Its been a great week for all our community games activities. There is weekly soccer, tag rugby and athletic training. There will be no athletic training next Monday May 2nd as it s a bank holiday. We will be back on May 9th.
We had another successful evening at the area athletic finals last Monday evening. Well done to all our boys and girls who took part. Thank you to all our helpers, coaches and volunteers. Great support and made for a great evening June 11th is the county Wicklow athletic final
Well done to all the children who took part in the long puck and ball throw last Thursday night. Thank you to the local hurling and camogie clubs . And a bigger thank you to Majella for co ordinating and running the event. Next stage Shillelagh on June 11th but updates will follow !!
Congratulations to both our teams taking part tonight in the U 14 quiz and one of our teams are the County Wicklow champions and will go on to represent the county at the National Community Games Festival in Athlone in August Well done Sadhbh. Isabella. Juliette and David
Sunday was a very special day for some of our boys and girls in St Brigid’s NS Annacurra. We would like to send them best wishes as they received their First Holy Communion. We hope they had a wonderful day and that the sun shone down on all of you
Mission
Parish Mission.St. Patrick’s Community mission team are leading a Parish Mission this week in St. Kevin’s Church, Tinahely. Main evening mission with talks, prayers and music at 7.30p.m. and Mass and talks at 9.30a.m. Monday to Thursday. The Mission will conclude on Friday evening with Mass at 7.30p.m. All are welcome.

The 45 Card games will resume for the season on Friday night next next April 29 starting at 8-30pm

Opening times for Aughrim Library are as follows Tuesday 3-5 Wednesday 3-5 and 6-60 until 8-30 Friday 11-1 and 3-5 Saturday 2-4. Membership free. Photocopying available.
