Man dies following workplace accident in Gorey

A man in his 40s has died following a workplace accident in Gorey.

It is understood the incident happened shortly after three o’clock on Friday afternoon at the Casey concrete facility near Gorey.

The man’s body was removed to Waterford Regional Hospital where a post mortem examination will be carried out.
