Community Games
Congratulations to all our finalists that have reached the County Wicklow art and handwriting competition. This will take place in the national school in Dunlavin on Sunday May 29th with Registration for art is 1.45 for a 2pm start and the handwriting 2.45 for 3pm start.
The u11 and u14 tag rugby county final will take place next Thursday 19th of May in Donard at 7pm and back in Aughrim the u12 girls soccer will take place e at 7pm too. We wish all teams the best of luck.
Athletics is heating up now with Shillelagh County Wicklow track and field finals taking place on Saturday June 11th. Please try and come to every training session as we need to practice the relays and starts with all qualified children so so be there every Monday at 7pm.
Whist Drive
There will be a whist drive in Annacurra Community Centre on Saturday night next May 21 starting at 9pm.

Coolfancy stages play from the west
The Coolfancy Players will present Wake in the West, a three act comedy by Michael J. Ginnelly, for three nights ; Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Saturday 21st May at 8pm in Coolfancy Hall. Directed by Noel Dalton, the comedy is set in the 1980s on the outskirts of a small west of Ireland town and tells the story of a series of unfortunate events surrounding the wake of Tom Healy. A great laugh is guaranteed for all who attend. Tickets are €10 and are available from Coolboy Post Office, Coolfancy National School and cast members. All proceeds will go towards redecorating the hall.

Opening times for Aughrim Library are as follows Tuesday 3-5 Wednesday 3-5 and 6-60 until 8-30 Friday 11-1 and 3-5 Saturday 2-4. Membership free. Photocopying available. Closed on Saturday of Bank Holiday weekends.
