Active Retirement

Many thanks to everyone who supported our tea dance and to our members who helped on the day. A great afternoon of dancing to

“The Wicklow Man” was had by all. Draw for your diary next tea dance Sunday 25th September.

 

Workshops on how  to use garden plants grown locally for use in your diet.  Venues ‘Harton Hall’, Avoca Saturday 30th July 2.30pm to 4.30pm, and Redcross Community Centre, Redcross Village Thursday 11th August Village 7.30pm to 9.30pm.  Learn to make herbal teas, pestos, herbal vinegars, macerated oils & salves etc.  Food tasting, recipes & samples to take home.  Price €50.  Contact Isobel Keeling (Herbalist & Naturopath) on 086 8837564.
