National C.P.R. day is coming up on Saturday July 16th.
C.P.R. is a very simple live saving skill to learn and can make a big difference to a person suffering cardiac arrest.
In the build up to the day itself we will be offering you a chance to learn C.P.R and to win a two night weekend break in the Hotel Kilkenny for two including breakfast on both mornings and an evening meal on one night of your choice (Kindly sponsored by Flashpoint Systems.ie First Aid & Medical Supplies) How did I enter you ask?
Simple, just give us a few minutes of your time to teach you C.P.R and we’ll enter your name into a draw to win this fabulous break or one of our many other prizes.
The Arklow First Responders will be available to teach and for you to enter the draw on Friday the 15th of July from 6pm on the Main Street and again on Saturday July 16th in Bridgewater from midday.
