Met Eireann has a status Yellow weather warning in place for tonight and tomorrow, as heavy rain and wind is set to affect most of the country.
Tonight will see heavy showers or longer spell of rain as a low pressure area crosses the country with some thundery downpours in parts and some spot flooding likely especially in exposed coastal areas in the Southwest.
Tomorrow will be a be a blustery, showery day. Showers will be heavy or thundery throughout the day and westerly winds will be strong and gusty.
Wicklow Weather has had their own advisory in place since yesterday and the Aughrim based forecaster are advising people to avoid coastal headlands, cliffs etc and high ground as winds will gust to 85kmh.

Road conditions are also dangerous in parts today due to heavy rain earlier and the M11 Dublin/Wexford Road has been closed southbound between J21 Arklow South and J22 Gorey following a crash.
