Court order sees stock removed from shop in Wexford village

RTE News report Gardaí are maintaining a presence in the Co Wexford village of Kilmuckridge as stock is taken from Corrigan’s Londis on foot of a court order.

More than 40 gardaí have been involved in a security operation in the village.

Goods are being removed from the local business by security personnel and loaded on to trucks.

A full garda cordon was this morning placed around the village and access was restricted to residents only.

People were being asked to show identification to gardaí before entering Kilmuckridge.

The operation began at 5am this morning.
