AVOCA SENIOR CITIZENS

The Avoca Senior Citizens Committee would like to remind everyone that if they are visiting the Avoca area to please look out for our Senior Citizens buckets, which can be located at: Avoca Post Office, Avoca Chemist, Henley’s Shop and Café, Kelly’s Bar, P.G.Rowley’s Rathdrum, Leo’s Bar Conary, The Meetings Avoca, Farriers In White Bridge, Delaney’s Shop Woodenbridge.                     The proceeds from these buckets go towards our Avoca Senior Citizens fund and every cent counts, so please drop in any small change as it all mounts up.

We also wish to extend our thanks to Myles Doyle and the staff at the Avoca Recycling Centre for all their generous donations to this worthy cause. If you haven’t as yet been to this facility it is well worth a visit, you’d be surprised at all the items that can now be recycled, and there is a great selection in their Second Hand Bookshop.
