Avoca Relay

THE Avoca Tidy Towns and Community Centre relay was a great success. This could not have happened without all the help to organise and run event, so thank you to everybody involved. Avondale Voices

Press release September 2016. Fresh from their recent, strong performance on culture night in the Dominican Convent, the members of Avondale Voices Community Choir are excited about starting a whole new repertoire for the coming year. This is a great time to join up, if you are not a member already! Come, sing, relax and have fun with us. Membership is open to all and the choir always welcomes new people. Rehearsals are held in Ballinatone Hall, Near Ballinaclash from 7.30-9.30pm on Wednesdays. There is no audition required. Anyone interested in joining the chair can ring Nicola on 086-8260919


Many thanks to everyone who attended our tea dance and to our members who helped on the day. A great afternoon of dancing to the Wicklow man was had by all. Our trip to wells house for the murder mystery morning has been cancelled.
