Book Fair/Santa Claus
Hollywood NS Parents’ Association are organising the Scholastic Book Fair which is being run in conjunction with Santa’s visit next Saturday 3rd December at 6.30 pm, in the School Hall. Come and visit SANTA and while there, check out all the newest and latest books. Over 200 titles from over 50 publishers Catering for age ranges 2+, 6+, 8+ & 12+ Whatever money is spent by you – 60% is returned to the school by Scholastic Books in the form of book vouchers so the school library can be updated Stock up on Christmas presents, talk to Santa and support your school at the same time.
Village Renewal Meeting
The next village renewal meeting will take place on Tuesday 6th December in Hollywood Centre at 8.00 pm
Senior Citizens
Christmas Party is on Thursday 8th December at 3.30pm in Hollywood Inn. Invitations are being distributed at the moment. Should anyone eligible be omitted please contact Martina/Marie.
Hollywood Tidy Towns

Hollywood Juvenile Badminton

The Club bowl every Tuesday & Friday nights in The Hollywood Centre between 8-10pm. New Members’ are always welcome, so come along and see what it is all about, it is a great way to spend the Winter nights

Takes place on Wednesday nights in the Hollywood Centre at 8pm. New members always welcome.
Hollywood NoName Club
The Hollywood NoName Club meet every Wednesday night at 8.00pm until 9.30pm. The club caters for 15-18 year old teenagers who wish to have fun with likeminded club members. Come along and see what it is all about.
Dunlavin Scout Group
We are currently recruiting new committed leaders for our troop from all local townlands. We are a volunteer based organisation, working with children. Full training is provided. If you think you would be interested in volunteering, please call 0862632859 for more information.
Set Dancing Classes
Set dancing takes place Thursday nights at 8.15pm in the Hollywood G.A. A. club house. We need lots of feet on the floor to keep the dancing going. In charge of sets are Syl and Liz. Always a very enjoyable night.
Music Under The Mountain
Traditional Music Classes for children in the Hollywood Centre every Saturday morning from 10.30am to1.30pm.
Friendship Club
Friendship Club meets Every Wednesday from 2.15pm to 4.15pm. New members always welcome, Please call in for a Game of Cards, Bingo, a chat and refreshments, your company is always appreciated. New members always welcome. We are 10 years formed since 13th September. Come along for a chat, a game of cards bingo and very important a cuppa. See you Wednesday.
Hollywood GAA
Lotto Results 24th Nov 2016. The numbers drawn were 11 14 16 17. There was no winner of the Jackpot. The Sellers Prize was won by Peggy Keogh. The €50 winners were Carmel Roden, Brian O’Hara, Brid Clarke. The next draw for a Jackpot of €7400 will be held in the Hollywood Inn on the 8th of Dec. Get your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
