Wednesday 21st Penitential service in St. Mary’s & Peter’s Church, Arklow.  Saturday 24th Christmas Eve Vigil Mass at 8 p.m.  Christmas Day Mass at 10.30 a.m.


Seasons Greetings to all our loyal customers and friends and a big “THANK YOU” for your support throughout the year. Just a reminder that Saturday December 17th is the last opportunity to pick up unique gifts at the Aughrim Town & Country Market before Christmas. Turkey & Ham orders and Christmas cakes & puddings may be collected on Friday December 23rd so check times before you collect!  We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday 17th December before the Christmas break. Church Services

Christmas Eve 11.30  in St. John’s Aughrim.  Christmas Day in Ballinatone Church family service of Holy Communion at 9.30. Holy Trinity Church, Castlemacadam, family service of Holy Communion at 10,45 a.m.


The numbers: 1, 9, 17 and 26 were drawn in the Sports club lotto on Monday December 11th.  The jackpot was not won. Match three winners were: Mary Kennedy and May, Kevin and Brendan O’Brien.  The jackpot is €5100.
Fishing Competition
Fishing competition at the NDAF “Fishing for All” Angling Facility, Rednagh Road, Aughrim on Wednesday December 28th from 12 to 3pm. Prizes – Plaques and Fishing Vouchers for heaviest Senior catch of the day and Junior catch of the day. Entry fee included in the admission ticket.
