Real Irish Christmas trees for sale at Saint Joseph’s Shankill, Crinken lane as part of their Yuletide Campaign to raise €50,000 to complete Phase one of their dementia village.

Prices start at €40 and delivery is available, drop in between 9am to 9pm any day until the 23rd of December to; Saint Joseph’s Shankill, Crinken Lane or Saint John of God Hospital, Stillorgan.

Siobhan Grant, Fundraising Manager, Saint Joseph’s Shankill, said: “We are asking locals if they are buying a real Christmas tree this year, to support us in our care for people living with dementia, €10 from the sale of every Christmas tree will come directly to Saint Joseph’s, we also have Christmas Cards for sale too –at only €5 for 12 cards!

The theme of our campaign is ‘Don’t Forget’, so please remember us this year as we strive to lead the way in dementia care in Ireland and ultimately be the first dementia village in the country. It is through the support of the community that we will achieve this and enable us to care for people living with dementia in the best way possible”

Saint Joseph’s is the only home in Ireland totally and solely dedicated to caring for people living with dementia, in a home-from-home setting, at all stages of their dementia journey – from the early stages right through to the palliative, end of life stage.
