Emergency services are currently dealing with a massive fire at a warehouse on the south quay in Arklow.
It is not known how the fire started or if anyone was in the building at the time.
People are advised to stay well clear of the area and keep their windows closed.
Gardai have confirmed the building is constructed of asbestos which poses a serious health risk.

It is understood that the fire broke out shortly after 10am this morning.
A worker in the area reported hearing a loud bang before the fire broke out.
“I heard a loud band and then quickly the fire took hold. The building was like an inferno.
Gardai also called to a local secondary school advising students to remain in doors and keep windows closed.
Residents also reported debris from the fire landing on cars.
