Active Retirement

The annual general meeting was very well attended by a record number of members. Our re-elected Hon. Chairperson, Margaret Brady, congratulated the new committee, although only one new member was elected. Margaret urged members to think about putting their names forward for election in 2018. She then outlined activities planned for this year.  Chair Yoga continues each Tuesday.  Interested members are reminded that the showing of  Sleeping Beauty, will take place at the Omniplex in Gorey, on Tuesday February 28th.

Come and join us in the Pavilion, Rednagh Road, every Saturday from 10am – 2pm. Fresh local produce available from farm fresh meat and vegetables, eggs, freshly baked bread & cakes, seasonal jams & chutneys and healthy options too. A lovely selection of warm Aran knits, jewellery and handcrafts also available.  Do drop in where a warm welcome awaits you. For further information please contact Caroline 0860865838.
