Diary Date

Make a note of the date: Saturday 22nd April. That’s when the tea, coffee and cake event is taking place in the ‘Tea Room’ Community Hall 10a.m.-3p.m.  All proceeds to KARE Tinahely Local Service.  This springtime event will be held in conjunction with  the Wicklow County Fleadh 2017.  KARE is a voluntary organization which was founded in 1967 by parents and friends of people with an intellectual disability.

Fundraising is a vital source of additional income for KARE.  The Tinahely Local Service was established in 2003 and  ensures that individuals with intellectual disabilities, can avail of the service in their own community and as close to their home as possible. The catchment area includes Tinahely, Annacurra, Clonmore, Carnew, Shillelagh, Coolboy, Aughrim and Hacketstown.

A special thanks to  our local Tinahely Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann group for generously making this fundraiser possible for KARE.   There will be plenty of tea and coffee to go round as well as a selection of delicious home-made cakes to enjoy!

Thank you as always for your valued  support.  Bring your family, friends and neighbours for a wonderful day of culture. All are welcome.
