Community Games
A great turnout on Friday night with our area hosting 17 Tables from all over  Wicklow at the U14 Quiz. The overall winner was Shillelagh congratulations with Aughrim/Annacurra coming in a very close third place. Thank you to our community area and county committees and Parents for supporting our competition
Tomorrow is the County Cross Country taking place in Avondale at 6pm. We have approximately 60 children from our area taking part. Good luck to you all.
Next Sunday sees our U 15 Boys Badminton competing in the Leinster semi-finals in Carlow. Enjoy the experience
Our Art and Handwriting will be judged in the coming weeks at area level. Thank you to all schools in the surrounding areas and their staff for supporting community games.
Gaa Lotto
Results for March 20.  No jackpot winner. Numbers  drawn   5-6-23-24.  Match 3 winners.; Johnny Thompson , Killacloran : John Jnr, Keith, Ross O’Reilly, Toberpatrick.Jackpot stands at €4,150 euro. Draw held in Saltee on Monday night.
Knock Pilgrimage
Kilaveney Parish Tinahely Pilgrimage to Knock Shrine will take place on Saturday/Sunday 1st and 2nd July.
A bus will depart from Tinahely on Saturday 1st July at 9a.m.   We will stop for a coffee break on the journey to Knock.  There will be an evening meal with bed and breakfast in the Knockhouse Hotel. The bus will  depart from Knock on Sunday 2nd July.   
The cost of the bus will be based on the number of people travelling. This pilgrimage  will only proceed if there is sufficient numbers to fill a bus.  Bookings and more information to: Tel: 086 8700843.
All are welcome to participate in this pilgrimage and encouraged to join in prayer as we honour Our Lady of Knock.
Members of Parishes in the surrounding areas are also welcome.
45 Card Game
45 card game on Friday night next March 31  in The Saltee, starting at 8-30pm.
Opening times for Aughrim Library are as follows Tuesday 3-5 Wednesday 3-5 and 6-60 until 8-30 Friday 11-1 and 3-5 Saturday 2-4. Membership free. Photocopying available.
Ciaran Shannon Walk
There will be a meeting on Wednesday evening 29th March in The Saltee at 8pm to plan work on The Ciaran Shannon walk and the Village for the coming months. Everyone welcome with any ideas and proposals.
