David, Kilmacanogue resident, began recording album in January 2016.
This is his big launch.
David co-produced the album with some of Ireland’s finest musicians.
Conor Guilfoyle, jazz drummer, Baz Rycraft, bassist.
Jay Wilson on piano and Ruba Shamshoum, vocalist.
Music draws from folk, jazz and country, all played with soul.
David is also better known at a visual artist & contributor to Irish Times and Hot Press.
Culture projects include BBCs The Story of Ireland, Titanic Experience & Stonehenge.
Selection from 1916 Portraits and Lives will be on display at the concert.
Original portraits were exhibited in Kilmainham Gaol for 2016.
They will move soon to Pearse Museum in Rathfarnham.
Book was published by Royal Irish Academy.
