Yoga Classes

Yoga classes take place at Aughrim Sports Complex on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 8-9.15pm. Mixed level, beginners welcome. Please text or call Yvonne 0876778733 for more details or to book a place. Spaces are limited.

Active Retirement

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, May 2nd at 10.30am at which we will have a demonstration given by the First Responders who do such wonderful work in the area. Our ‘Indian Delight’ will take place on Thursday, May 21st. – final arrangements at the meeting.  There will be no coffee morning on Monday next as it is a Bank Holiday.  Calling all musicians – our Dawn Chorus will take place on Sunday, May 28th at 8am. Come and join us to greet the day with music, song and poetry.

Fishing Competition

There will be a fishing competition at the NDAF “Fishing for All” Angling Facility, Rednagh Road, Aughrim on Bank Holiday Monday, May 1st from 12 to 3pm. Prizes – Plaques and Fishing Vouchers for heaviest Senior catch of the day and Junior catch of the day. Market

Come and join us in the Pavilion, Rednagh Road, every Saturday from 10am – 2pm. Fresh local produce available from farm fresh meat and vegetables, eggs, freshly baked bread & cakes, seasonal jams & chutneys and healthy options too. Lotto

The numbers: 3, 8, 22 and 26  were drawn in the Sports club lotto on Monday April 17th.  Match three winner was: Aisling O’Loughlin, Tinnakilly.  The jackpot was not won. The jackpot is €7650.
