Ciaran arrives home

Ciaran KellyBray man Ciaran Kelly who suffered a cardiac arrest in Canada has returned home.

Ciaran who had been living in Vancouver had been placed on a life-support machine after suffering a cardiac arrest and his brain was deprived of oxygen, on St.Patrick’s day.

Ciaran’s family flew to Canada to join their son but had to return due to the high costs of staying there.

Hospital fees were also costing €10,410 per day.

The family stated a GoFund me page in an effort to get Ciaran home, which has raised over €75,000.

The family are delighted to have him home and wish to thank everyone who donated to the GoFund me fund.
