Hard graft and determination saw Wicklow’s U-16 camogie team see off the challenge from Meath in the Leinster C Championship match in Dunlavin GAA pitch last Sunday.

Only a point separated the two teams at the finish in a very evenly contested match, where very little ground was given or lost.

Final score: Wicklow 2-04 Meath 0-09
