A big thank you to Philip & Seán, volunteers with Aughrim First Responders. They gave a a very informative talk on how to react in an emergency and demonstrated CPR and the use of a Defribulator. The most important piece of information was to make sure we keep our Eircode number beside the phone or affixed to the front door of our homes. Your Eircode number is vital in helping the ambulance service finding your home in the quickest possible time. Chair yoga continues every Tuesday. Members going to the ‘Indian Delight’ cookery demonstration in Avoca on Thursday May 11th, please meet at Lawless Hotel at 11.20am for car pool. The demonstration starts at 12.00 noon sharp.
