Ballyellis NS Girls Soccer
Huge Congratulations and well done to the Girls soccer team on being the Runners Up in the Leinster Final of the SPAR FAI Primary 5’s Small schools section last week in Navan. This was the first time that the girls had reached the Leinster Final and they certainly sparkled in the Meath sunshine playing with great determination and skill.
The girls were on a winning streak winning their first two games but in a winner takes all final game full of excitement and tension the girls narrowly lost out after playing so bravely. The team were presented with Runners Up medals by William Doyle (FAI Wexford).
