Receiver puts Glen of the Downs Golf club up for sale

Glen of the Downs golf club is to be offered for sale on the instructions of receivers.

The picturesque club went into liquidation last January.

The 59 hectares site is guiding a €1.25 million price tag.

The sale follows a decision by AIB to appoint receivers on foot of loans of some €1.8 million.
