Active Retirement
Avoca Active Retirement are having a tea dance on Sunday 18th June from 3-6 pm music by the Wicklow man. Admin €5. Everyone Welcome. Active Retirement Ireland are having a marigold Health & wellbeing day on Thursday 15th june from 10.30 – 4.30 in the Brockagh Centre, Laragh with speakers and workshops, Demos, Samples and Entertainers. Adm Free. Please try to attend if possible.
Fundraising Disco
An end of year disco in aid of the Avoca National School Playing Space Fund will be held on Friday,30th of June in the Woodenbridge Hotel. This event will start at 9 p.m. Music is by Today FM’s Phil Cawley and finger food will be available courtesy of the Woodenbridge Hotel. This promises to be a great night. Tickets are a very reasonable 10 euros . There will be a raffle on the night with lots of prizes to be won. Tickets can be purchased from Avoca N.S. Call 040235331 or email avocans@hotmail.com.
