Gardai in Bray are appealing for help from the public following an incident on the N11.
A motorist had a heavy object dropped on his car from bridge before the Fassaroe exit at Bray on N11, as he made his way south on the M11 at around 9pm on Friday.
It is understood there were a number of people on the bridge at the time of the incident.
In a separate incident on the bridge a motorist tolsd Wicklownews.net ” I had to stop with my son in the car, while I was stopped they were throwing stuff at my car. I had to take the chance of getting out of the car, leaving my son on the car telling him to lock the doors while I moved the signs to drive off. Some of them shouted at me while I was going back to my car.
There was a build up of cars behind me and one thing I will say there was a man in his car behind me that never once offered to get out and help. He just sat in his car waiting for me to move … I was furious.”
