Thousands turned up at the Abbey Grounds in Wicklow town on Sunday for the “Taste of Wicklow” which is now in its 5th year.
Celebrity chef’s Derry Clarke and Paul Kelly along with local chef’s put on demonstrations.
Paul Kelly had a smashing day as he dropped his Eton Mess dish from a height to the delight of the crowd.
Derry Clarke said “It was an amazing event which seems to get bigger and bigger and of course the main star of the show is always the sunshine, I look forward to it every year and am already looking forward to next year.”
Chamber President Dianna Sheridan told Wicklownews.net “We expected a large crowd but this is beyond our expectations some stalls even ran out of food, it has went really well and it looks like young and old alike have had a great day.”
