The players of Bray Wanderers have issued a statement on Friday afternoon confirming they have placed themselves on a transfer list, in the latest controversy at the club.
They say they have received no confirmation from Bray Wanderers that about their future.
A meeting was arranged last night between the players, Bray Wanderers officials and the PFAI. The players requested representation from the FAI at this meeting.
At the meeting, they reiterated their request for details of any new investment and assurance that the investment will be secured however none was provided.
They said they have had no choice given that the current transfer window closes on the 31st of this month, and must be afforded the chance to secure employment elsewhere.
Bray take on league leaders Cork City at the Carlisle Grounds at 4pm on Sunday.
