A Trócaire Church Collection – will take place at all Masses next weekend July 22nd & 23rd, your support will be gratefully accepted.

Benefit Night

An 80’s V 90’s Benefit Night – in aid of our good friend Elaine O’Reilly will take place in the Imaal Hall, Dunlavin on (Bank Holiday) Sunday, August 5th. Doors open at 10:30pm, and close at 11:00pm. DJ Fergie will play 11:00pm-1:30am. This event is ticket only, strictly over 18’s, fancy dress is optional. Tickets cost €10 and are on sale from the Parish Office. Please come along to support and enjoy the night!

West Wicklow Historical Society

The West Wicklow Historical Society – held their 37th A.G.M. recently. The Society’s ninth Journal is in preparation and it is due for publication in November. There is a full schedule of events for the rest of the year listed on the Church notice board. Membership remains at €15 for an individual and €25 for a family.

Farmer’s Market

Dunlavins Farmers Market – following the great success of the Market, the next one will take place on Saturday August 5th, 10am to 2pm outside Meitheal Coffee Shop.  No trading allowed, only own grown, own made items. Get sowing and growing, baking and making if you would like to be part of this event.


West Wicklow Dogs as Friends

A fundraiser will be hosted by Kate and Nick Bullman at 3 Rath Luain , Sparrow Road. A yard sale will take place from 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday July 22nd and 23rd. For further information call Kate at 0872762319, or email katebullman@googlemail.com


Line Dancing

Line Dancing – continues in the Imaal Hal on Wednesdays from 8pm-10pm at a cost of only €6. New beginners are welcome, so come along learn a new skill and join the craic! 


Use Your Local Library

Join your local library and avail of the many free services there. E-Books and E Audio books are available, you can read Digital Magazines and the  newspapers for free. Great selection of children’s books. Opening times in Dunlavin Tuesday 6.30-8.30pm., Wednesday 3-5pm and 6.30-8.30pm, Friday 10.30-1pm and 3pm-5pm, and Saturday 11am-1pm. Closed on Saturdays of Bank Holiday weekends.



John Brady TD will hold a clinic in Dunlavin parish centre on the 2nd Monday of each month from 11.30am to 12.30pm. All welcome to drop in.


Church Shop – We now have a lovely selection of items in stock including Confirmation and Communion cards, rosettes, rosary beads, necklaces and pins. All items are available from the Church and the parish office at very competitive prices..


Used Postage Stamps 

Please keep your used postage stamps for St. Patrick’s Missions, Kiltegan who can use them to fundraise. Used stamps can be dropped into the parish office any time. Thank you to all who have donated stamps throughout the past year.
