A man who was due to stand trial for a attack on a autistic young man last year, admitted assault moments before his court appearance.
Jason O’Sullivan which an address at Connolly Square in Bray along with two female accomplices attacked the young man in a lane way leading from Daly station in Bray on the 4th of April last year.
CCTV footage showed how victim was set upon by O’Sullivan who kicked the victim in the face after he had rained blows to his head during the savage attack.
The victim received a broken nose and two black eyes in the attack, during which his mobile phone was taken.
Mr Justice Michael O’Shea further remanded O’Sullivan on bail until December when a sentencing date is expected to be fixed.
