| Forde, Hugh David, Wexford and late of Bray, Co. Wicklow. August 16th. 2017. Peacefully at the Matter Hospital. Will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved mother Mary, son Hugh, his loving wife Mairead, cousin Cathy and her husband Barry and their baby Luke, extended family and friends.
Committal Service on Tuesday, 22nd August, at 4 o’clock in Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium. No flowers by request, donations, if desired, to The Irish Heart Foundation. |
