Bowls Club

Annacurra Bowls Club are commencing the new Bowls season this Thursday evening 21st September. Meet at the Community Centre at 7.50 pm. In order to have equipment set up for bowls to commence at 8 pm.

We are commencing our 20th season of indoor Bools in Annacurra.

We presently have some vacancies for membership. Why not call in any Thursday or Sunday evening and try it out.


Gaa Lotto

Whist Drive

There will be a whist drive in Annacuura Community Hall on Saturday night next September 23.


Community Games

A new year begins.

Athletics training is back on Monday September 18th at 7pm. Training is for all School going children and upwards.  There will be a quick chat with parents before hand. We have lost a couple of coaches so as always we are asking for more volunteer to help and keep our great club going.

Once again TY students are very welcome to do their An Gaisce award with us so please come along too.

Music Lessons 

Tinahely CCÉ offers traditional music and singing lessons to children of all ages. We teach tin whistle, flute, accordion, concertina, guitar, fiddle, banjo, mandolin and bodhran in a very relaxed atmosphere. Classes take place every Friday evening in Coolfancy National School commencing at 6:30pm. The new term is now underway and you can join us any time. Call 087 6284848for further details.



Opening times for Aughrim Library are as follows Tuesday 3-5 Wednesday 3-5 and 6-60 until 8-30 Friday 11-1 and 3-5 Saturday 2-4. Membership free. Photocopying available
