Get Fresh Catering are now in a position to employ a Chef / Experienced Cook.
Duties to Include Preparation, Cooking and Presentation of Healthy Balanced Meals within a Secondary School Environment.
Key Points:
Work as a team leader and team member with both the Kitchen Staff and the School Authorities so as customer satisfaction is obtained at all times.
To ensure all necessary preparation is ready prior to service.
To follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations.
To Ensure that all cleaning, storage and cooking temp. records are correctly recorded daily as part of the HACCP Plan
To order stock from the appointed suppliers and to use purchase order sheets for recording these order.
To ensure that the canteen is left clean and tidy at the end of each service day.
Ensure sales are maximised with the unit.
Minimize Wastage and stock loss due to shrinkage.
To observe all safety procedure and rules.
To carry out any other duties as may be notified to you by Management.
Applicants must have at least 2 – 3 years experience in a similar environment.
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: €TBA Per Hour
Hours:
24 Hours (8am – 2.30pm Monday to Thursday)
5 Hours (8am – 1pm Friday)
