IRELAND’S BEST YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR 2018
Search is now on to find Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur (IBYE).
Three categories:
Best Business Idea
Best Start Up Business (under 18 months).
Best Established Business (over 18 months).
Every entrant will be invited to attend Entrepreneur Bootcamp in October.
They will be given tips and advice on how to develop their business or venture.
Wicklow County final winners will receive investments to help them, Prize Fund is €50,000.
These winners will progress to Regional Finals early next year.
National IBYE to be held in March 2018.
Young entrepreneurs between 18 and 35 can visit www.ibye.ie and enter online.

We now have a new start time each morning for charging period.
Charging period will now be Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
There will be a grace period of 15 minutes.
Grace period is on commencement of parking in all areas.
Grace period will allow time to purchase parking tickets.
And accommodate quick stops at local shops and school drop offs.
Trace period begins when wardens first observe legally parked car.
IMPORTANT !! THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD WHEN TICKET TIME EXPIRES !!
OR WHEN PREPAID TIME PURCHASED BY PHONE EXPIRES.
WHEN YOUR TIME IS UP … YOUR TIME IS UP !!
Grace period does not apply to illegal parking.
That is, parking on double yellow lines or footpaths.
Or in a loading bay if not a commercial vehicle.
Illegal parking always warrants a fine, irrespective of whether or not you have a ticket !!

Uzizi (say you zee zee) is an all original folk/rock group from Cleveland, Ohio.
It finds its inspiration in the beats and melodies from Ireland to Bulgaria.
From the Appalachian Mountains to the Middle East + back around again.
Sometimes, you will hear sacred harp, or shape-note, singing.
This is an early form of American music.
Sacred Harp’s earliest roots are traced to country parish music of 18th century England.

Charles Egan is a Greystones author well known for his three novels on Great Irish Famine.
The Killing Snows, The Exile Breed and Gold is the Dawn.
The three novels are based on 6 famine documents discovered in the old family farmhouse.
The farmhouse was located in Co. Mayo.
The stories detail the horror of the famine relief roads during savage period of Irish history.
They also tell an impossible, but true, love story, spoken of in the family for generations.
