Jack & Jill Charity Boutique are looking to hire a Store manager for our Wicklow Store
The position involves Recruiting, training, supervising of volunteers, Managing budgets, planning, promoting, and marketing the business, Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Overseeing pricing, and stock control.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation..
Preparing promotional material and displays.
Organising fundraisers twice a year.
Minimum Experience Required (Years): 1
Desirable
Minimum Qualification: Level 4 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme) OR Any additional skills
Ability Skills: Administration, Communications, Creativity, Customer Service
Competency Skills: Decision Making, Flexibility, Initiative, Teamwork
