Many homes and businesses are still without power following yesterdays storm.
An estimated 9,000 remain without power in County Wicklow.
A spokesperson for the ESB said it could take days to restore power to some areas.
The network have appealed for assistance from the UK and France in the effort to speed up the process.
Areas still without power include Greystones, Arklow, Avoca, Rathdrum, Shilelagh, Brittas Bay, Baltinglass, Blessington, Bray, Kilcoole, Tinahely, Donard, Newtown, Wicklow Town and Dunlavin.
People are reminded to becareful of fallen power lines.
