Strand hotel sells for €1.8m

It is being reported the Strand Hotel in Bray has sold for €1.8m.

The Irish Independent reports the hotel has been purchased by international hotel investors the Puyan Group, whose other Dublin interests include Butler’s Guesthouse in Dublin.

The hotel was once the property of Irish poet and playwright Oscar Wilde who inherited it from his parents.
