Aughrim notes week November 27th

Juvenile GAA

Indoor hurling is back in full swing at the sports complex every Tuesday night from 6 – 9pm and caters for all boys from U7- U13. There is a fantastic turnout to date, last week alone we had 60 kids taking part. If your child is interested in taking part there are more than welcome to give it a go. We are hoping that some of the players that played last year and haven’t come down will do so over the coming weeks.
The Aughrim Juvenile GAA are running a Christmas raffle again this year. Tickets are on sale in the local shops and bars as well as with the juvenile players. Top prizes include a Fine Art Print from renowned artist and local Eoin O’ Connor and a shopping voucher in Londis, there are 14 other fantastic prizes on offer. We are asking the Community to get behind this local fundraiser, all the money raised goes directly in to supporting  the juvenile football & hurling teams in Aughrim.
