Gardai plead for information following smash and grab van attacks

Gardai have issued an urgent plea for community vigilance across the county.

The occupants of a silver Skoda Octavia have been involved in a spate of robberies of tools and work equipment from vans.

Incidents have been reported in Rathdrum and Aughrim today.

It is understood the same car was involved in a incident at Seafield in Wicklow Town on Wednesday evening.
