Wicklow Senior football champions will take on St.Vincent’s of Dublin in the quarter-final of the Leinster championship this Sunday in Aughrim.
Though the Dublin champions are the bookies red hot favorites, Rathnew manager Harry Murphy believes his side can do a job on Connolly and co.
Speaking this week he said “The lads are up for it and are looking forward to the occasion, there is no doubt Diarmuid Connolly is one of the finest players in the country but a few of our lads fancy their chances against him.”
Throw-in is at 2pm.
Gardai are asking supporters to get to the ground early as traffic restrictions will be in place.
You can listen to the game live on East Coast FM.
