Christmas is drawing closer and it’s never been more important to keep warm, keep fit, and keep that Christmas belly from reappearing.
We at Pure Fitness have put together some festive bodyweight workouts for you to use on the 12 days leading up to Christmas. We call it the 12 Workouts of Christmas – and here’s your day ONE.
Warm Up:
Bodyweight Squat 3 x 20
Exercise 1:
Chair split squats
Set 1 x 12, Set 2 x 10, Set 3 x 10, Set 4 x 8 (all per leg)
Exercise 2:
Push ups 3 x 10
Superset 1:
Burpees & Squat jumps
Set 1 x 20, Set 2 x 15, Set 3 x 10
Superset 2:
Plank (on hands) & Jumping jacks
Set 1 x 60, Set 2 x 45, Set 3 x 30
Superset 3:
Glute bridge & High knees 3 x 20 each
