Welcome to Day Eight of your 12 Workouts of Christmas! You’ve powered through the last week of Yuletide exercise like a trooper, and you’re finally on the home stretch. That’s right, five more days and you can unlock the bragging rights that YOU completed the 12 Workouts of Christmas while the others were struggling with their 12 pubs!

One thing you might have in common with the 12 Pubs crowd after today is a sore stomach, but in all the right ways.


Superset 1:

Leg raises x20

Russian twists x40

3 sets

Superset 2:

Toe touch x20

Side plank 45 sec each

3 sets

Superset 3:

Plank 1 min

Bicycle kicks x40

3 sets

Superset 4:

Mountain climbers x40

Plank seesaw x20

3 sets
