Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas (Day Eleven)

Two more days. Just two more days and you have conquered the 12 Workouts of Christmas. Are you swelling with pride or are you just ready to get stuck into the next workout?

People might be hitting the tiles for Christmas, but you’re going to be hitting your nearest Pure Fitness Gym! Day Eleven is a powerful all-rounder of a workout, so grab your gear and come visit us!

Workout 11:

Warm up:
High knees x40
Wall sprints x40
2 sets!
V- sit-ups x10
Crunch x10
3 sets!
Oblique hip raise (L) x10
Plank ups x10
Oblique hip raise (R) x10
3 sets!
Giant set:
Bicycle kicks x20
Leg raises x10
Mountain climbers x20
Flutter kicks x20
3 sets!
4 high knees then tuck jump! X Failure
