Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas (Day Seven)

You are now seven days deep into the 12 Workouts of Christmas, and we can bet you’re feeling it. You’re over half-way there, so there’s no quitting now!

We’re giving you plenty of freedom with this one, so you can either sweat this workout at home or at your nearest Pure Fitness Gym. This high-intensity action will test your entire body and push you to your limits – so you might want to avoid the mince pies beforehand.

Let’s get to it!

Warm up:

High knees: 30, 20, 10

Jumping jacks: 20, 10

Squat station! 

Squats x20

Squat knee raises x20

Wall sit-45 sec

Pulse squats x20

Squat jumps 2 sec hold x10

3 sets

High intensity station!

Burpee x10

High knees x10 mountain climbers x10 5 rounds

Burpee mountain climbers with squat x5 (10 mountain climbers)

High knee burpee push up x5 (10 high knees)


Plank ups

Mountain climbers both feet

Reverser crunch


All 10 reps

3 sets!
