Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas (Day Three)

Congratulations on opening this article after yesterday’s upperbody workout, your arms will thank you for it. We’re glad you keep coming back for more 12 Workouts of Christmas, and we’ll keep lining ‘em up as long as you keep knocking ‘em down.

Are you ready for Day Three? We hope you are, because today is leg day – and nobody skips leg day.

So hop on down to your nearest Pure Fitness GYM in Rathnew or Arklow and we’ll answer any questions you might have and keep you motivated during Day Three of the 12 Workouts of Christmas!

Warm up:

100 Bodyweight Squats (Controlled tempo)

Exercise 1:

Barbell Front Squat/DB Goblet Squat

Set 1 x 12, Set 2 x 10, Set 3 x 8, Set 4 x 6, Set 5 x 8, Set 6 x 12

Exercise 2: 

DB Walking Lunges

Set 1 x 12, Set 2 x 10, Set 3 x 10, Set 4 x 8 (All Per Leg)

Superset 1: 

Lying Hamstring Curl

Seated Leg Extensions

Set 1 x 15, Set 2 x 12, Set 3 x 10, Set 4 x 8

And that’s Day Three done and dusted!
